When left on his own

Please come along with me on this photo journey.......

As I have mentioned before, my youngest (who happens to be 15 months old) is ....... how shall we say this.....living life to the fullest annoying the crap out of me but not really except when he dumps my very expensive coffee on the kitchen floor and rearranges my pantry and decides to color the windowsill with purple crayon and pulls every tissue out of the box and unrolls all of the toilet paper and runs and jumps and climbs on tables.

I have to be very careful leaving him alone for even a short period of time because he can do so much damage.

Oh look, Mommy left all the books IN the bookshelf for me.

I must take every single one of them out.  She will never notice.

Ummmmm, what shall I do now?  That's a lot of empty space....
Maybe I can fit in there.

Plenty of room.

I prefer being on my back though.  This doesn't bode well.

WHAP!  Wahhhhhhh.  My ego is more hurt than anything else.
Why is my mommy laughing so hard?  She WON'T stop laughing.
Where is the love for goodness sakes?

I'm not really hurt and oh look, that gate over there by the stairs is calling my name.
I must scale it or better yet, crawl underneath it.

And so it goes, all day long.  Even when I have BLAH days, like yesterday, this little Monkey is sure to make me laugh or smile multiple times a day.

Of course, at the end of the day, I am all too ready to give him kisses and say night-night!

Tomorrow, we do it all over again...............

Oh do I ever feel your pain. Livers has been like that since the day she was born, and at 3 she is only starting to get better. She still has to touch EVERYTHING though.

He's such a cutie :)

I think Anthony should meet my granddaughter. She'll be fifteen months on the 28th and I think she could give your little guy a run for his money. They would be something to see together.

O.K., that's hilarious. And he just looks plain tuckered out in the last one. Must have been a good day!

We must never let Ivy and him be in the same place together. They'd blow it up...

Audrey used to do that EXACT routine during naptime every single freakin' day around his age. I finally packed up all but one shelf of books and eventually she lost interest. I got the box of books back out a couple weeks ago, but ended up just donating most of them since we hadn't missed them.
