Total loss/gain: 0
I am totally fine with this as I am still shredding every day. My body is getting buff, I tell you- HA! Of course, there is still a layer of fat over my muscles, especially in my stomach, hip, thigh area, but that's OK.
I am just going to keep working at it and MAYBE next week, I will see a loss, any kind of a loss.
OK, for grins, I decided to take some measurements of my waist, hips, and thighs, to see if there was any difference from my first day of Shredding and oh boy, there is!
Waist: loss of 2 inches
Hip: loss of 2 inches
Thigh: loss of 2/3 inch
This shredding stuff works!!!!!!

You're doing awesome! Sticking with "the program" even through periods where you see little to no change is still great progress ~ your will-power and self-discipline are gettin' a work-out, too! I think, in many ways, that's far more important and will serve you in good stead in all areas in the future, not just weight loss.

The shred had no change for me this week either. I chalk it up to muscles, muscles with dimples I tell you!

I can totally see and feel a difference in my body. I'm constantly poking at my abs and thighs and realizing that there's not as much give anymore. I do still have that pesky layer of fat, but it's getting smaller!!

You commented on my blog last week and I didn't realize it (I'm new, can you tell??)
ANYWAYS, my 5 lbs secret??? I added protein powder to my diet. Seriously, your protein to carb ratio has to be huge... like 2x as many grams protein to carbs. I use Isopure ZERO-CARB Vanilla protein powder (got it at GNC), and I add it to milk and a yogurt and mix it in the blender. It's yummy! It works the best if you drink it after a workout.
Try it out!!! I lost 70 lbs a few years back by using the protein powder (along with a healthy diet and exercise) -- dropped a steady 2 lbs a week every week.

Great job Lisa! I started shredding again today because you are my inspiration. I was shocked that after a two week break I wasn't back to feeling how I did the first day. You'll see a loss next week, you are doing a fabulous job!

YaY-congrats! That shredding thing sounds brutal, but effective...good for you for sticking with it.
